The Center was established with an aim of promoting theoretical and
applied research through inter-departmental cooperation among various
fields in humanities and social sciencs.

Through school-industry cooperation, the Center contributes to enhancing
technological competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the
community, and therefore to the improvement of community life.
◈ Culture and Art Center:
The Center performs researches and activities for promoting culture
and art in the Campus and community.
◈ 21c Woman's information & culture Research Center:
The Institute aims at development of information and culture for
